1. Our initial consultation is free. Any subsequent meetings will be charged as per our rate schedule.

2. We require a signed agreement before starting any project. This outlines the scope of work and payment terms.

3. Clients must provide all necessary information and access to the site before we begin work.

4. We strive to meet agreed deadlines. However, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payments are due as outlined in the contract. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Any changes to the project scope must be communicated in writing and may result in additional charges.

7. We hold the right to use project photos for promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Our designs are our intellectual property. Clients cannot use them for other projects without our permission.
